2006-2007 LMS Band T-Shirt Design
Here it is...hope you like it!
The top design is the back of the shirt, and the bottom is the left pocket design (no, there will not be pockets on the shirt).
The purple on the actual shirts will be a little bit darker, more of a "deep purple" than a "grape purple."
It's a bit "retro," as Mr. Mailer (percussion instructor and the designer of the shirt) says.
We should have these by Thursday, 9/5/06 (Game Day for 7th and 8th graders).

Who is this? London?!?!?
I went with purple for a few reasons:
1. It's a school color. Gold would not look so great as a main color. I've used black and gray the past two years, because they are neutral colors that we can put purple and gold on.
2. It hasn't been used since 2003, which means that no current 6th, 7th, or 8th grader has ever owned a purple LMS band shirt (unless an older sibling or friend gave it to them).
3. The purple will look good not only for football season, but also on stage for concert performances. Pink would probably not look great for those nice sit-down concerts...it's just a little too bright.
I hope this answers that. Wait till you see them--I think theyh'll look great in person!

the reson why me and londaon and everyone doesnot like them is because they are just blah nothings going on with them gold would have been cooler to in the hot days.or hilighter yellow and why do we half to yell the word in ittsy bittsy it sound totally funny people will laugh at us hehehehehehe!!!!!!!

YA, but pink is pretty and that purple is really dark.Pink is not bright.

i agree with them they should be gold or pink so thats my opinion, and i am gonna be wearing my cheerleading uniform at the game right?????{while i play}well when am i gettin my bass clarinet i am sooooooo x-cited!!!!!!1well see ya tuesday!!!!!!!!!!
